I tried to use this company to remove a rusted deadbolt. Nice lady at office, got a call back in 10 minutes. The man asked me to take pictures and send, which I did. He texted back that he'd be here in 45 minutes. Two hours later I sent a text and asked if I'd misunderstood and that he'd said 4-5 pm and he texted back "I'm not coming". Wow, glad I didn't wait all day. Very disappointed

Very pleased!! My tenant broke off key in deadbolt and was locked out. I am clear across the country and they were out in 30 minutes. Was a little more expensive than I was hoping...but you are paying for quick, quality service. I Will definitely call on them again if needed!

I took my keys out of my car but it was still running and I locked it I came back the key fob wouldn't unlock it it's like it was dead swap batteries with another customer didn't work call the locksmith they were there with 45 minutes unlocked it in 5 minutes and charged me 85 bucks either way I had to get in so I appreciate the quickness
